All teachers are enrolled in Louisiana Pathways Career Development System, http://pathways.nsula.edu/, a program that tracks and rewards teachers for their academic advancement. Application for a (CDA) Child Development Associate requires 480 hands- on hours and several other criteria teachers can achieve with the assistance of their qualified advisor. Teachers excitedly prepare their Resource File that is packed with activities, ideas, resources and experiences for their lesson plans as well as their upcoming CDA observation. We are proud! We support and celebrate them!
